Sometimes controller stops working after fast travel and stuff. Alt-tab the game to fix it.

You cannot get this version anymore. Online services are not running. You need to go to offline mode in order to load into the main menu fast. You need to install protontricks and install d3dcompiler_47 via it. Otherwise the game will crash after logo screen.
Do not even try to install it
Bungie clearly stated that Linux won't be supported. They stated that running the game on non-compatible system will result in instant ban. So even if you'll be able to run it in the distant future, you might get banned anyways. It's a bummer since cheaters are running rampant and nobody cares, but if you're running it on Linux or even VM you can get banned. It's not fair, but nothing is fair nowdays.

Played around 30 hours. Game is very stable.

Very rarely crackle, mostly caused by stutter.
At the very start in Prague, some models got corrupted. After some time, artifacts disappeared.
DXVK_ASYNC is a must have, otherwise you suffer from heavy stutter. If you still have stutter afterwards, disable DX12.
I also tried native version, but Feral either did a very bad job porting it or not configured it properly, so it performs much worse than Proton version.
Game runs flawlessly otherwise.

Using gamemode fixed stuttering for me. Game runs flawlessly, maybe even better than on Windows.
GPU transcoding cannot be turned on, resulting in worse texture popup with high detail textures. Runs perfectly otherwise.
