Runs fine as far as i can see, didnt really get into the weeds but it didnt seem to play bad
If you want to import your save from the vanilla death stranding you have to go into the prefix of the original death stranding and then copy and paste the save folder "Appdata/Local/Kojima Productions" into the prefix for the directors cut
Loading a vanilla save game requires manual intervention
Using regular proton/wine with no fsync or async leads to really bad stuttering even after shaders are compiled

Using github.com/TK-Glitch/PKGBUILDS custom wine runner and custom kernel and fsync/async
Disable Allow the window manager to control the window to be able to pickup items in borderless-windowed mode
Use the native path of exile launcher instead of steam if launching via lutris/terminal
xact, and or K-lite codec mega pack is required for in-game and cinematic audio to work (wm9 required for videos to play and to not crash to desktop)
Have to run in borderless-fullscreen to not crash, also in a virtualized environment for it to stay on the primary screen
Requires wmp9, k-lite codec pack(required for in-game audio), d3dx11_43 and quartz (using denuvo-less hotfix so denuvum was not required to start)
