On hyrpland it did not fullscreen. It did on other DE/WMs
If you want Pandora Behavior Engine you need to install .NET Desktop Runtime 8. Alternatively you can stick to Nemesis Behavior Engine and it works perfect on MO2 or Vortex(STL)
