Had to change audio delay with launch option to prevent crackling.
Instability:Not Listed
Whenever I alt-tab or minimize the game it goes down to 5 fps, but it can be fixed by setting it to keep above other windows, for KDE users go to Settings>Window Management>Window rules>Add new, set Window class (application) to exact match and write steam_app_275850 next to it, add property Keep above other windows, set it to Force, enable it and click apply. Fixed it for me.
