Gun fire is kind of dull. Everything else sounds fine.
The game has no audio by default. Installing FAudio (linked above) fixes this.
CPU gets hotter than on Windows.
Perfectly playable out-of-the-box.
Not really sure whether I should include this here. I’ve crashed 4 times during my playthrough. While searching on the internet, it seems like these crashes were caused by the proprietary Nvidia driver. Couldn’t verify that yet because the crashes occured randomly. Worth noting that I haven’t crashed since updating from 460.91.03 to 470.82.00.
The game doesn't get centered correctly if using Windowed Fullscreen. Toggling fullscreen off and on fixes this. Could be an issue caused by my EXWM setup.
Great out-of-the-box experience

My Xbox One Controller (connected through Bluetooth) wouldn't get detected before a recent update of Proton. Adding the above mentioned launch options fixed it for me.
Feels like it runs a bit worse on Linux than on Windows. Haven't really tested this though.
