I've had a great experience with Hades in the ~7 hours I've played of it, and with the changes I've listed it runs perfectly.

Toggling fullscreen would sometimes crash the game. Not a huge issue though, since it isn't consistent.
- There is stuttering and slowdown in the later areas, but I've found disabling vsync and using the Vulkan backend with Proton-GE fixes this.
- Alt-tabbing out of the game will cause it to gobble all your RAM and crash, the launch option "RequireFocusToUpdate=false" fixes this.

Alt tabbing out of the game makes the FPS drop significantly. Need to relaunch to fix. Performance also seems to get really bad after an hour or so of playing, although I've heard this game has memory leak issues.
Game seems to randomly stop working sometimes. Only way to fix it is to reinstall (I have the files saved on an external drive because of how frequently this happens)
When the game freezes while loading (usually happens when the game loads to the menu with the game in the background for me) alt-tabbing in and out will fix it. Alt-tab will break the game and make it unplayable for me if I try to alt tab out again though.

Everything seems to be working fine (including BTD5), has some issues where GNOME window decorations overlay the custom ones, not letting me use the close button.
Significant performance issues without the launch option PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1
With this launch option set, menus will be laggy but the game itself will run at a consistent 60fps
Everything works except for the cutscenes before bosses. It's playable but you'd be missing a lot of the games charm

Animated cutscenes before boss-fights do not play
