As others have mentioned - you have to copy opencl.dll from windows32 and syswow64 folders to your game prefix - then it launches and works

Performance:Slight Performance Problems
I had to drop AA and Lighting to low to keep 80 FPS. Even medium settings would add stutter and drop below 80. Everything else is set to max.
