Ifrit fight will tank performance to around 40 fps in some areas at 1080p@max settings, fsr3aa
The game will show a window saying that the GPU driver is not compatible and the game cannot start. Just click "OK" and the game will start and work just fine. Have not tested FSR3 framegen. There were no graphical glitches for me or severe stuttering for me
Severe stutters with the Native version, use proton
Very minor crackling issues. Can be completely fixed by setting pipewire-pulse quantum to 1024.

Zero issues with ge proton 9.6. If you want to play with mods (HIGHLY reccomended for this game), install the required proton components, use my launch options and replache Launcher.exe with the mod loader. I reccomend starting the game without any mods for the first time or it may crash at launch.
Audio starts popping/crackling after around 1h30m - 2h30m hours of play, usually when the audio track changes, unfortunately a game restart is needed. Hopefully this issue gets patched.

Severe shader stutters
The game suffers from really severe shader compilation stuttering that can last up to 0.5s, even with the latest mesa driver.
Plays great with proton GE, but requires some specific game settings for an optimal experience
Proton GE is required for FMV playback. In the game config tool, set "Refresh rate" to Default, and enable vsync. Selecting a refresh rate that is not default and / or limiting the framerate with external programs will cause screen tearing or other weird frame presentation issues. Not sure if this is also the case on Windows. Uncapped framerate [Vsync OFF] will likely make the game impossible to complete depending on how much FPS are you getting (it will affect jump height). This is a game bug.
