You have to call up the keyboard manually, but the game gives you that heads-up before it lets you play, so it's not a problem. It's been enjoyable and runs perfectly so far.
Super lovely game to play on the Steam Deck. I haven't had any issues while using the controller layout, and the game's been running smoothly the whole time.
Smooth experience, no lag, crisp graphics, seamless controller layout integration. Good experience so far on the Steam Deck for me!
Increase the text size in the game settings and you're good to go.
The size of objects on the Deck's smaller-than-a-laptop screen makes it harder for me to identify or click something on occasion, but other than that I have no complaints. It's been running smoothly with no lag since install.
I'm still within my first two hours of gameplay, so I may run into trouble later on, we'll see. But so far it's worked perfectly out of the box. I haven't experienced lag, audio issues, or anything else. Controls are working fine, and it's been a smooth experience overall.
It's been a smooth and enjoyable experience since I first installed it on the Steam Deck. Runs like a charm.
I'm not all the way through the game yet, but it's run smoothly since I installed it on the Steam Deck and I haven't noticed any lag or bugs.
Being able to sit or pace while paying a game that gets me as into the rythym as Hi-Fi Rush does is a dream come true for me. I've had no lag, great graphics, rock-solid audio, and a great controller experience. 10/10 experience for sure.
The game ran perfectly from start to finish and was a fantastic experience. 10/10 made me actually cry.
No muss, no fuss, just smooth gameplay right from the start. It's a great game to play on the Steam Deck while chilling somewhere comfy.
The game installs, starts, and runs properly. I'm only partway through, so I can't say if there are any bugs later on, but for now it's been seamless.
It's been running fine on the Steam Deck, no lag or bugs I've encountered so far. You can use the A button, the right trackpad, or the touch screen to progress forward in the dialogue. I'll check in again later on after I make it further through the game.
I'm only partway through the game, but it's worked perfectly so far. Playing Sumire on a handheld while cozy is an absolutely lovely experience. I've been enjoying every minute.
Worked great out of the box. When the game starts, you'll have to use a couple educated guesses to figure out what button gives the game input for the keyboard key they show on screen, but it's pretty natural and didn't take me more than a few seconds to figure out. Lovely little experience on the Steam Deck, it felt great to play Teacup on a handheld.
The launcher doesn't allow you to use controller input to start your game, so you have to use the touch screen in that one screen only. The game itself runs impressively well with crisp looking graphics.
Occasionally the game would get "stuck" for a number of seconds before it would finally load the next text batch. I have a bad habit of hitting a key over and over when things are frozen. Those repeated button presses stack up, making you jump you forward several new text batches when it finally un-freezes. Luckily for me, the left trigger lets us go backwards one text box at a time, so I got back to where I was supposed to be quickly.
Aside from slight difficulty with intermittent lag and it being harder to see the hints of where to click in certain scenes, this game plays perfectly on the Steam Deck. Overall, I'm impressed at how well it ran the seamless way the menus accept the controller layout.
I'm only in the early stages of the game, but so far it's been perfectly fine out of the box.
