Works fine with the "Gamepad With Joystick Trackpad" controls that Steam assignes to the game
The game plays and runs fine with the DirectX 11 option, even the on screen button prompts match and haptics work. Probably only marked as unsupported because the first launching option crashes, but the DirectX 11 and Classic Mode option play fine.
The game runs great with some community controls. There is one problem when opening the Steam or Quick Access menu it might show a "Failed to get cursor position: Success" error. However this error is harmless and there is a checkbox to ignore the error for a game session. Devs are aware of the problem.
Formatted numbers (like money) are not readable in game, but for this you can do a manual fix by updating a DLL file
The game plays fine on steam deck, however it does need an improved controller layout and possibly official controller support in order to play good.
The music from both the menu as well as the logo's is distored (likely due to the lack of wma support). Howerver you start a game it flickers between the game and a test screen until the steam deck just restarts. Same happens to the original platinum edition (no longer available for purchase)

Brought the settings down to medium and disabled post processing
Origin has to be closed manually after closing the game, not sure why since it closes automatically on Windows.
Plays without a problem, but you might need to select a different community controller layout or create one yourself. Only problem on Steam Deck seems to be that you need to press "Close game" to properly close the origin launcher after closing the game itself.
Also plays fine when using the "Add non-steam game" to add and install Origin and play from there.
