The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt
After ~5 minutes the framerate stabilized and the game ran just like it would on Windows at 1440p.

Tabbing out works fine, tabbing back in does not. To resolve this, I changed to windowed mode, then back to fullscreen, which fixed it for the duration of that session.
