When alt tabing out of the game in fullscreen, the mouse became stuck at the top of the screen, causing endless scrolling to the top of the map.
The option for the game launcher is Borked. It never loaded. Choosing the other option was able to boot the game with no issues.
No ray tracing.
Fps below what is expected for my hardware, and below what I was getting on the same hardware in windows10 by ~20fps. Was also using ultra ray tracing in windows.
Game lanches a black window that crashes after 30 or so seconds. Tried the commands suggested in other reports with no change.
Also changed between proton versions with each command. Tried hotfix, experimental, 9, 8, 7, with no success. I have also tried different driver versions as well. I have also tried on the prior LTS ubuntu with no change.
Steam preparing to launch dialog shows up, then nothing.
If they format drives to ext4
The seam library must be on a drive formatted with ext4. Games(non native) installed anywhere else will not work. No games(non native) will work with wine/proton from a ntfs drive.
Vanilla game works perfectly out of the box.
Some mods have some issues. Some work, some dont.
Mouse reverted to system mouse, and not the game mouse eg, did not turn into a sword for an attack move on a settlement. Alt+tabing back in corrected, but something to be aware of if you play windowed and switch back and forth.
Mouse pointer is not active for menus, and wasd moves the "cursor". Mouse 1 is what selects though.
Freezes at the end of the first mission. Audio doesnt work, and has constant cracks and pops despite trying the Esync fix
Borked. Cant finish first mission. Audio borked. Input borked.
