At first the framerate dropped a little (45-50 fps), but after the first minute it worked rock solid at 60 fps.
With Proton-6.18-GE-2 it runs almost perfect, even the intro cutscenes which didn't play on official Proton.

Very few framerate drops compared to Windows
The game shows the popup to detect the graphics configuration based on my hardware, but crashes as soon as I press "Ok".
I read it's a bug in Windows too that has to do with permissions over the files in Documents\falloutnv*.ini files, but giving 777 permissions didn't work (everytime I started the game it reverted the permissions to its original configuration).
Have to set everything to low, whereas in Windows I could play on medium.
Had to use these settings for the game not to crash due to low VRAM:
DXVK_ASYNC=1 PROTON_HIDE_NVIDIA_GPU=0 PROTON_ENABLE_NVAPI=1 VKD3D_CONFIG=dxr MANGOHUD_CONFIG=fps_limit=60,no_display mangohud gamemoderun %command%
The game stutters more than usual (more than on Windows with the same hardware).
Works out of the box
Sometimes the game didn't detect the LS input (specially when trying to set my destination planet on the map). Had to use the mouse left click only for this.
