Just wait for the loading of Uplay at the background even if it says some error. Then restart steam and it will work.
at first loading of the uplay, it displays error but still loading at the back. I let the download finish and restart steam and the bug is gone.
I tried this code suggested by this site: https://www.gloriouseggroll.tv/how-to-get-out-of-wine-dependency-hell/

I got a problem about where I install the game. At first, I am installing it in windows partition. that I think is where the problem. I think its not compatible with NTFS drive. I move the folder in my SSD drive which is Linux EXT4 drive and it works.
Doesn't play. I click play button, after it synchronized to steam cloud, it will stop nothing will happen.

using the windows backup to restore in Linux
the game is almost 80gb and I can't download it. I copy my friends data of the game which sits in a Windows system. At first, I was having trouble to verify it in the Steam app and I just discovered that you will just have to edit some lines in the *.acf file. You just remove the lines associated in the Windows system like file path (C:\Windows\etc..). It runs in the latest proton too.
