Works okay, got some FPS dips down to 20fps every now and again. Sometimes white sphere would appear in the game as if an environment shader broke. Also I ran around T-Posing for the first 5 minutes or so
Starts, plays audio and then freezes within a few seconds
Game ran (on probably 1440p) at a 70+ FPS consistently
Resolution selection is weird, you can only pick between 720p, 1080p and unsupported which I'm guessing would be your native resolution
multiplayer world generation doesn't work without disabling esync or alternatively using a kernel like xanmod or zen
run xanmod/zen Kernel to get multiplayer world generation working
game runs at around 40fps at 1440p on a 2080 Ti
I'd recommend running zen or xanmod instead of disabling esync since the latter will reduce the overall game performance
Game runs overall pretty nice but the framerate often dips to 45 FPS but is generally about 70 which is rather playable.
tested close beta, the game works but the FPS are quite horrible, I had to limit the max FPS to get playable FPS and still have frame dips every now and again. Disabling Esync lead to the game not starting so I don't recommend trying that.
while the FPS dips don't make the game unplayable they do rip you out of the immersion, but it's still quite enjoyable
Winecfg change Windows version to 10
The FPS would dip down into the low twenties rather frequently when there were a lot of things going on on the Screen, nvidia-smi reported 95+% GPU utilisation
cutscene audio/video was occasionally out of sync
Rather frequent game stutters/freezer accompanied by CPU spikes in htop, about once or twice per minute or so.
only the previously mentioned stutters/freezes
apart from the non-working opening everything else seems to be alright, cutscene ran at 30fps or less but I had a solid 144fps otherwise
the game kept losing the mouse every now and again, might be a Wayland thing though
sometimes cutscenes drop below 30fps
The opening cutscene/music bit was a blackscreen the entire time. Consequent ingame cutscenes seem to work fine though
The manual camera controls with mouse and keyboard are really weird, but that just might be how the game is
so far it's ony really been the text in the main menu
Sometimes the shader of the cat fur is a bit weird and looks out of place, but nothing too mayor
Everything is broken once you are in the game. The lighting is knackered making it impossible to see anything and the performance is horrid
PROTON_USE_WINED3D11=1 %command%
Sadly unplayable on PC even after tinkering and trying proton GE
ran great in VR from what I could tell. No notiiceable stuttering and lag
Tested with Steam VR Version 1.1.4. The game runs for a bit and then suddenly freezes with an audio loop. I couldn't make out any patterns why that would happen.
Ran rock solid on 1080p with over 70 fps, game crashed once after first boss battle but smooth sailing after restarting it once.
