Text can be little blurry which is fixed with Nearest Scaling Filter
Need to change to windowed for control scheme to work
Most text was smaller than comfortable reading font size
Offline works perfectly (didn't test online). Playing on the SD definitely shows that the game was designed for desktop first especially with controls.
Controls are pretty bad even with some modifications. You gotta use the touchpad mouse for a lot. Otherwise, runs and plays fine.

Fantastic game on the SD. No noticable input latency either.
Rockstar Launcher needs to be installed which is somewhat of a pain, but game launches fine after
Except for rockstar launcher, the game runs fine by default
Sometimes the whole game freezes in the level select
Not much video/audio latency (~30ms) during the levels
Game does not work perfectly well with the keyboard. Need to spam each letter for the game to accept a keyboard input.
Game works perfectly and runs smoothly
Half Rate Shading, 5W TDP for all ground levels & 10W TDP for water levels
Frame drops during vehicle transitions (land to water, etc.) but stabilizes immediately after
Kept Refresh Rate at 60 (40 causes fluctuating game engine speeds)
Works well (thank you developers for rollback netcode)
Devs updated the game and now everything works perfectly on the Steam Deck!
