No need any tinkering, all default settings, great graphic quality, stable 30-40 fps
gamescope -f -w 3840 -h 2160 --hdr-enabled -- %command%
The latest update broke Microsoft authorization. To get the authorization window, you need to delete the folder /steamapps/shadercache/1551360 and switch to Proton 9.0-4. You can also add the startup command if the authorization window still does not appear: --force-windows-fullscreen
SteamDeck=1 %command%
The first patch of the enhanced edition almost fixed the problem. The game no longer crashes when playing video cutscenes (including intro), but they are played with artifacts. So still for normal game use SteamDeck=1
-nointro
Must be used with the startup command "-nointro", otherwise the game starts with an error.
SteamDeck=1 %command%
Try first only "-nointro", if didnt work then "SteamDeck=1 %command%" Im tested on standard Proton 9.0-4.
Without this command, video cutscenes cause the game to crash. Otherwise the game runs without any problems.
SteamDeck=1 %command% -nointro
For some reason any videos in the game will trigger a game crash with error. "-nointro" will let you play the first 5-6 hours until you get to the X-16 lab. There will be a cutscene video that causes a crash error. Therefore, only the command "SteamDeck=1" allows to solve this problem and the video cutscenes will be reproduced without errors.
