It is a great little puzzle game. Simple concept but fun to work through. Hopefully there will be more levels in the near future.
There are 5 different levels of difficulty in the game and, it may just be me but, in the highest difficulty level there was just too much on the screen and therefore things were quite small. Definitely playable but it strained my eyes a bit after a while. But hey there are 4000 other levels before you even get to that stage.
Get the game if you like puzzle games to work through while someone else watches the tv or whatnot. Works perfectly.
Added mouse controls to the trackpad
Made the trackpad into a mouse.
The game runs perfectly with out any need to tinker. The one change I made was for preference but I could have easily used the tou h screen instead.
It was the first game I tried on the deck as I had already played on the switch and wanted to compare. It ran perfectly out of the box.
Playing in docked mode there have been issues with the audio coming through the TV. To get around this I have to have to set the audio to play from the deck itself even when docked. Only had this issue with god of war though and it's notthat big of an issue for me as the decks speakers are surprisingly good and my TV speakers are surprisingly bad.
Might just be my eyesight but the text is quite small on the tv when docked. In the settings there is an option to increase text size but it seems to do nothing.
Dialogue audio doesnt play sometimes when docked. Manually set audio to play from the deck even when docked and that fixed the issue.
Controls were logical and easy to use. There is a night mode in the settings too. Lovely little game.
Everything ran perfectly without even thinking about the settings menu.
GE-Proton7-43 with the game running off the deck itself and not the SD card (same as Zaqew said below). I tried a few of the other suggestions below but it only worked once i transfered the game to the deck.
A couple frames appeared where there were white lines on the screen but they went away.
The game opened up natively on the steam deck with no issues and played fine too.
One of the reasons I got a deck was to play Portal and some other games I never got the chance to. Lovely experience.
Just changed a couple of the buttons for my own ease of use.
Remapped the undo button to the left bumper for ease of use.
When I tried to launch the game without protonGE it didnt open up but once I turned it on everything worked perfectly.
Turning down the graphics in game had a big impact on battery performance.
