Works OOTB
Works perfectly.

The game feels really annoying and difficult to control with the Deck. The mouse controls have you clicking and dragging to move around the level and the Deck doesn't have a good and intuitive solution for this. I recommend playing this on your computer with a mouse and keyboard.

Perfect OTB.
I imagine this plays a lot more fluidly on mobile, though I also tried this on Deck, and it treats the touchscreen as mouse and therefore is a little bit wonky. There might be a way to get the game to recognise the touchscreen as a mobile touchscreen throug Steam Input. Ran fine there too though.
Added mouse controls to the trackpad
Made the trackpad into a mouse.
The game runs perfectly with out any need to tinker. The one change I made was for preference but I could have easily used the tou h screen instead.
Added mouse control for left trackpad
You look for cats
Works perfectly, no tweaks, no issues
Do not enable "Half Rate Shading", as that makes the textures very blurry and makes the tiny sparkling effects nearly invisible.
Well, not the text, but the postcards and some items might look too small. That's because the game was originally designed for smartphones (vertical screen), so on PCs everything looks smaller and further away.
Played from start to finish with no problems
Works out of the box now
Works perfectly
Works out of the box!
No problem after 10 levels.
added -force-d3d9 in launch options
Adding the follow to launch options enabled the game to start: PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 %command%

Would not run
The following error occurred:
Switching to resolution 2560x1080 failed, trying without exclusive fullscreen mode Switching to resolution 2560x1080 failed Screen: DX11 could not switch resolution (2560x1080 fs=1 hz=0)
I also tried changing my desktop to 1920x1080, same message but with 1920 instead of 2560 :(

Working out of the box!
(Tested on demo version)
