Controller requires Steam Input custom bindings, but perfect nonetheless for keyboard
Game requires Steam Input for non-Xbox controllers, and doesn't have bindings on controller for zooming, which is helpful for later levels. To remedy, modify the controller configuration to add mouse control (on right stick, trackpad or gyro if possible) and scroll wheel. You can zoom in or out of a room by moving the cursor over to the target. Thankfully, mixed input works.
Also, take care of your brian

Sometimes the game would occasionally default to keyboard controls and it would make it so that I would need to exit out of the game. This only happened sometimes and didn't affect me too much.
As I already mentioned. Sometimes the game will default to keyboard and mouse controls and I remember having to exit out of the game and then it was fine. Battery life is also great.

Plays perfectly, but you need to add mouse controls to the default gamepad layout for full gameplay functionality.
There's no built-in method to zoom when using the default gamepad controls, so if you want that functionality you need to map mouse cursor movement to the trackpad or right analog stick, and left/right mouse click to the triggers.
0 issue noticed except for my brain heating too much

Works great
No setup required. Easy switch from controller to keyboard, if necessary.
Completely playable, no issues, native install on Pop OS
The game doesn't exit properly upon choosing quit game. You need to chose exit game via steam menu.
Works without major issues - but game doesn't close after quitting, so you need to kill it manually.
Game works perfectly, except one small issue
Game works exactly as expected, fully playable and everything seems to be working. Only issue I encountered is when closing the game it would freeze instead until forcibly closed, but this could also be the fault of my system itself, as this is a native game. Actual gameplay is unchanged, and it seems to save correctly as well.
