Couldn't establish connection to server. Boots me out after that error message. Proton experimental just made the game not launch instead.
Stuck on installing EA App (no window pops up, presumably need to click through something)
Cloud save didn't load initially. Had to move the save file manually. After that it worked fine.
Crashes instantly on DX11. Launches on DX12 and can hear the game, but not see it.

Launches, freezes, then exits. No game window even pops up. No error message.
Proton log file says 'MESA-INTEL: warning: cannot initialize blitter engine'. Game worked fine on same hardware on Windows 10.
Worked after switching to Intel Power Saving mode in Optimus (Intel Arc is fun, ain't it?).
Some stuttering when after getting into a game, but all good after 10 seconds.
Took some time to get used to the controller input again, but plays better than my PS3 back in the day!
Had to enable Xinput with an ingame setting. Once that was enabled, things worked as expected.
DLC Zombies maps require the multiplayer component of the game to also be installed.

Mouse sensetivity changing with framerate on poorly performing maps.
Call of the Dead is somewhat broken. Mouse sensetivity changes with framerate. The launch options I used mitigated the performance problems somewhat, and thus also the mouse sensitivity issue. Other maps like Kino seemed to perform just fine even without those launch options.
Works perfectly as far as I can tell. It started up using annoyingly low graphics settings, but that is easily adjusted.
Probably lower performance compared to Windows. Also took forever to compile shaders, and a bit more after it said it was done. Once it was done for real, framerate went up from 20 to 120+. After that it was mostly fine (probably some stuttering from loading new assets or similar, but that should go away with time).
Started up in dx11 mode, which probably isn't ideal. Shaders also got stuck on 99%, but otherwise seemed to work.
Fullscreen works until you tab out and back in again. Then the task bar is always in the way. Same goes for windowed mode.
Worked fine after a minor fix (although a pain to google!).
Desert tiles (and others?) don't render correctly when high texture quality was selected. Bumping down to medium fixed it.

None of the launch options listed change the behaviour. Same on Proton Experimental, 9, 8 and 7.

Native version installed first, which ate RAM to the point of filling up my swapfile can making the system useless after not even half an hour. Switched to Proton 9.0-4, and it worked perfectly.
Once you'd figured out the memory bug, then it works fine.
Not as performant as Windows, but still mostly fine.
DX11 mode instantly crashed. Switching to DX12 mode in the launcher fixed this.
