The jumping grunts by the player character get pitch shifted higher after starting each level.
Rarely the cursor would not be focused on the game after alt-tabbing but alt-tabbing again fixes this.
Native version didn't start. Had to reboot to get proton version running. No other problems so far.
Crashes upon alt-tabbing, and sometimes when using the Steam overlay so I disabled that.
Sometimes it would not start from the launcher and I would have to restart the launcher but doing that helped.
I had to install it on my primary drive to work, it wouldn't launch otherwise.

Rarely the controller would disconnect for a fraction of a second, not sure if it's my system or the game but I haven't seen it in other games. Even more rarely an input on the analog would stick and I would have to reboot the game.
Some crashes with certain item combinations, but this is also the case on Windows.
Getting the game to actually start on Proton was a hassle and I have no idea why it didn't launch at first so I installed an older version of Proton.
