Use borderless window
Switch to experimental and then go to game files go back to steamapps then compatdata/1238840/ and delete everything in this folder and launch
before update it was playable with sound crashes and small fps drops and sometimes game freezing but now gameplay is unacceptable

mid game audio crash after few minutes sometimes after seconds(bt headphones only cs2 problem spotify/discord works)
menu glithing like crazy
after update fps drops from 100 to 30 to 85 to whatever it wants
sometimes freezing but today after update game freeze even steam then steam wont log me in then cs servers are down AND THEN when i finally joined 5 rounds later boom blackscreen
idk but there is more for sure

first launch got some fullscreen problems but i menaged to fix it thru game settings

if u use bluetooth headphones change voice input to your main microphone not those from headphones
glowing trees fixed after changing some graphic settings
major fps drop (from 100-200 to 5-10 when i enter trailer) sometimes on multiplayer (i think its when i activate cameras in trailer idk)

many ppl say its unplayable and thats becouse rocket league has outdated native linux version(from 2022/2020 i belive) so steam prioritizes native over proton just set compability to proton and game works perfect

sudo nano /etc/sysctl.conf add "vm.max_map_count=2147483642" at bottom and save restart pc problem solved
use Proton Hotfix and if you are on nvidia use __GL_SHADER_DISK_CACHE_SKIP_CLEANUP=1 %command% to get rid of long 'precompiling shader pipelines' at start

DONT use proton u wont be able to connect to vac servers use "Steam Linux Runtime 3.0(sniper)
Dont forget to turn off compositor for better performance

Native version had some graphical glitches in menu switch to proton
