Plays natively with Launch Options, however it's unplayable without as Techland's Dying Light 2 update has caused a bug rendering the game unplayable with out the Launch options. Mango Hud not likely needed. Very fun very playable, wish it was still supported; really miss the companion app.
Single Player is not supported on Linux, however Hellion was meant to be Multiplayer Only
Limited choice in Servers hard to tell where WiFi issues end and server lag begins.
You Can play right on your Deck, with WiFi. If you're as crazy as I am

Not Compatable with Valve Knuckles
Can't click on any menu with Knuckles, can't interact with any thing in game. Menu's are workable with the mouse.
It's an amazing game, with a deep story, bit janky non-more than expected for an early access game
Controllers occasionally freakout
Includes AMD FSR
Game Crashes everytime between the logo to the arms out
Kills SteamVR, however given that somebody found it playable seems like it's a variable. Maybe Linux Users should join the Dev's communication channels voting for supporting Linux.
Borked by update or NVIDA
gamemode %command%
Either a recent update or using NVIDA hardware has caused unlaunchiblity
:hurk:
screen-tearing
Constant shuddering, was very upsetting and unplayable.
2K Games begrugingly placed Civ6 on Steam with Linux support. Linux is outdated since 2020, and Proton is underaged since 2021
eval $( echo "gamemoderun %command%" | sed "s/2KLauncher\/LauncherPatcher.exe'.*/Base\/Binaries\/Win64Steam\/CivilizationVI_DX12'/" )
Online/MP is not supported, Linux Native version is not Cross-Play compatible with Winows Native
Completly not playable, Steam Proton accounts are "underaged" and locked out of MP. No solutions found fixed the problem. Steam Cross-play is disabled, since 2020
With 2K not supporting Linux Native Cross-Play, Steam accounts. Nor having fixed Steam games being underaged, since 2021. I'm not sure I'll be supporting 2K going forward and will likely refund the game.
Hard crashes on boot-up
Tested via the Demo
It is a Unity game, it could be "made" to run on linux
It's fun enough, but unfinished and a rather shallow game-play. Plays flawlessly.
Not really a Multiplayer game.
Slow community updates, but a fun free SP/MP Linux Native Game
Server choise is limited, so MP might require Personal Servers for decent Ping
RAM is set to 4GB initially, I suggest increasing it if you've got more. It's a fun game, bit of a learning curve about that of Linux.
The game is fully free, either from the Steam Demo or via the official Web-site; as the Solo-Dev feels buying an incomplete game without playing it first is wrong. Buy the game if you enjoy it and wish to support the Dev as I have.
Official Development has been paused owning to a shortage of funds, however the community has been given access to the source code. As such Community-Official updates are made.
It plays as well as could be expected, but there's nothing there worth playing. It's empty, and given that all the videos on it are like 3 long and none are how to start or tips and tricks.
Game plays Natively on Linux, and runs pretty well on Deck. There's room for changes that would increase battery life, it's not too bad out of the box.
I'd go so far as to say that CyubeVR supports Linux, it's a great Block Based game
I've been in the discord and chatting with the Dev, he's always been supportive of it's Linux side; not that I've ever had an issue with it in Linux. It is a block based game however the animals look like animales and the tools are also polygon shapped. There's also Steam Workshop support for mods.
