the game starts in fullscreen, and then switches to windowed. changing it back in the settings works.
i launched with DX12 because i'm a diva and DX11 is beneath me
Patch 1.5 broke the game

tried with and without launch options, no dice. 1.3 worked just fine.

Modded for CET and redscript
Alt-tab doesn't work well. Using the hotkey for CET will bring up the console and let me move out of the window but keyboard input does not work.
Stutters in heavily populated areas. Restarting the game fixes it.
1080p ultra settings, no DLSS. Raytracing OFF gets me around 45-55 fps. This is good enough for me.
The game is rather stable, and I've experienced no crashes. Everything is on max settings.

I can't hear, so cannot comment on sound.
Jitter on videos and some input lag
Freezes during EAC loading and never progresses.
Stuck on Launching

Tried various launch options, nothing worked
Will not launch, tried everything I saw in comments on protondb with no success.

I haven't been able to play this since December 2023, with Proton 9.0.2 it can finally run. The only difference between July 2024 and December 2023 is Proton. My launch options remain unchanged.
