Slight stuttering
Slight stuttering but that is probably because of my hardware. Other than that, everything worked fine with no tinkering.

Works fine after changing the fps cap in settings
Initial start up the screen was flicking for me. After going to settings>graphics I noticed the fps cap was set to 30. I changed it to none, the flickering stopped and it runs fine.

Hidden graphic menus until you change them from default and go back then re-enter the menu
Full game release is unplayable on steam deck at the moment even with steam deck graphics settings, will have incredibly slow fps, over heating and glitches, hidden default to 4k. My Fix: Change graphics preset to something else, save and go back a menu. This now unlocks more graphic options and resolution in display menu. Changed to 720p fullscreen and changed graphic preset back to steam deck preset now runs very well
Runs perfectly out of box
Runs like a native game. No issues, runs great!
Before starting a new game, I set the frame limit to None. The game crashed on the first cinimatic. Changing back to 60fps allowed me to start the game and play. After saving, I adjusted the frame limit back to None and it works fine so far.
All settings on the highest setting and I get a consistant 100+ FPS.

Only using MangoHud to limit fps to 60 otherwise the game turns my PC into a jet engine. Otherwise it runs great, over 150fps on max settings without the limit.
Works right out of box, full version. Controllers work fine.
No issues at all, its a simple install and run.

It's due to demo I guess one cannot save the game
My PC spec was lower than the min spec given by the game provider but still it runs without any lag at all just need to adjust the Graphics settings to Medium or High and it's fine then.
Seamless
There was a little slowdown in the demo compared to what I'd exect, but it didn't go lower than 65 FPS, so not what I'd call a problem.
Download and play. It worked perfectly.

mouse view on foot or in vehicles is delayed and then runs fast, difficult to control
uses a big ammount of performance for given graphics on high fan speeds, but it works
gameplay is better than expected but kinda but a humor that takes some getting used to
