Looked terrific. Unsure whether some "reflections" and holographs are supposed to look the way they did on my end. No issues. FPS tank in a handful of sections quite radically, due to the rain. Didn't bother changing the settings though.

Works smoothly, fully compatible with the Deck.

40fps/40hz refresh rate. 12w TDP
Using bazzite:40.
Completed the game from start to finish on Steam Deck LCD.
35fps with dips into the low 20's in some areas runing all graphics settings on ultra.
Used settings below for a much smoother 40. Graphics still look good.
Resolution: 1152x720
Display Mode: Windowed
Foliage: Low
Post Processing: Very High
Shadows: Low
Textures: Very High
View Distance: Low
View Effects: Very High
V-Sync: On
AMD FSR (ingame): Off
DirectX API: DX11
Steam Performance Settings
Frame Limit 40fps
TDP Limit: 12W
Scaling Filter: FSR
FSR Sharpness: 2 (or to your liking)

Medium Settings, set TDP to 12W.
I got around 2hrs on a single charge with medium settings, raytracing worked and ran well, so docked play would be a good use case of DX12 features. Capped framerate to 40fps for fluidity.

10W TDP Limit
I was even able to get it stable at 30 fps with Very High graphics settings, Medium Ray Tracing, FSR Quality, and 10W TDP limit.
TDP limited to 12
Flames look somewhat pixelated sometimes
Mixture of medium/low graphics settings with only textures on ultra. 40Hz/40FPS cap.
You could do 60fps at a major sacrifice in fidelity but it's not worth it at all. You can also do 30fps but better, you can do 40fps and still have fidelity. The game is very intense on the graphics side and since it's unreal engine, you will get frame drops at times. It is inevitable.
With that said, in game I set resolution to 1152x720 windowed. Everything on low except post processing on very high, textures on high and view distance on medium. Use directx 11 since Ray tracing is off the table. Then use the steam deck FSR and set the sharpness to your liking. Lower your refresh rate to 40 and you got mostly stable 40fps while maintaining graphical fidelity.
Worked out of the box with default settings and controls. Only changes I made were to controls for personal preferences.
The game recommends using headphones for full audio experience, and I found the audio quality to be excellent. When playing on battery, I used 18ohm impedance ear canal buds to save battery, but when docked I used 70ohm on ear headphones, and the immersive sound really shone.
Pause Downloads, I had an Issue where the sound was lagging behiond a bit, but pausing the Background downloads fixed the issue
