I've only just started but no issues so far.
No Activation Key! Ubisoft Connect launches but asks for an activation Key.
There's no way to get the Activation Key on Bazzite so there's no way to start the game. Maybe it runs fine if you have a Windows PC or Stea Deck to activate it, but on Bazzite, you're out of luck.
Uplay...

The chase scene at the end of Chapter 3 is bugged on this hardware. You get into an infinate loop. Used a windows PC to get by it
There is a game breaking bug at the chase scene at the end of chapter 3. I had to install it on my PC to get by it.
Similar issues have been reported on AMD architecture. Beside this bug the game works perfectly, it's a shame this bug hasnt been addressed as I've seen mention of it as far back as 2014.
On the very first start Ubisoft Connect will fail. after starting the game again evrything works fine.
I had to start the games 2 times the first time, Works great arfterwords.
Work's out of the box.
Only trouble I ran into is that you need to disable steam input if you're using a DS4. But that's a steam issue not a proton one.
ubisoft connect crashed once but worked after that. Also ubibloat keeps running after exiting the game and it has to be quit manually.
ubibloat has it's own achievement overlay and once an achievement popup got stuck.
Works perfectly with proton 6.3-7 for me
Uplay will crash the very first time you try to run the game, but just click on the run button again after it crashes and it will run without issues.
Uplay never connects
Uplay never manages to connect (tried more than once), and choosing "offline" won't work as you're required to connect successfully the first time.
As mentioned above - Ubisoft connect can error on the fist launch then everything is fine
Full playthrough with a Steam controller. Got stuck on missing activation code in uplay with Proton 5.13-6 and couldn't begin playing, but when I switched to Proton Experimental everything worked. Game had to be stopped manually in Steam after quitting, and it crashed to desktop once during gameplay. Autosaving made that a non-issue, but it did happen.
Works flawlessly
The first time you run the game you have to log in Ubisoft Connect.
The only problems I faced came from the UPlay. But the game works super fine and I enjoyed it a lot.
If UPlay does not work correctly try restarting your PC.
Other than smaller annoyances with Uplay, the game works great.
Bit of audio crackling when the game starts, but stops soon afterwards.
Uplay launcher can cause issues until the game properly starts the first time, after that it won't get in your way further. Don't activate the Uplay overlay, you won't be able to close it again and will have to exit the game.

Most of the times Uplay wont launch, so the doesnt either. Some times it will, specially the first time after rebooting ou turning on the pc, then it runs well

Unknown(an hour with Proton)Follow to up my previous report: linking of 32-bit version of gnutls is enough for game to run. Aside of Uplay being annoying and hogging resources, game works like native title.
Unknown(an hour with Proton)Unknown(< 15 minutes with Proton)Game itself seems to work great (60 fps) - only problematic part is forcing Uplay to work. You need following: 1) Let game install and wait for Uplay to complain about no connection. 2) Use protontricks to install corefonts. 3) Create symbolic link for libgnutls.so.26 (see Quake Champions issue to learn how to do this: https://github.com/ValveSoftware/Proton/issues/225). The trick is: you need to create link in both /usr/lib and /usr/lib64 (I don't know how Ubuntu-derived distros handle this)). 4) Restart game, log-in/register to Uplay; Uplay will want to install Steam for windows for some reason (let it do it, just in some new directory); 5) DO NOT let Uplay start Windows Steam after installation. 6) After game starts - open Uplay settings and disable Uplay overlay (because Shift-F2 does not work). Restart game and it should be perfect. I am using Wine D3D11 only because my laptop does not support Vulkan. Looking forward to playing this title :)
