Try changing Proton version from Steam, 6.3.8 worked fine for me

haven't been able to get past tutorial dragging and dropping ammo into gun. gyro and other controlls work fine though
launching straight from steam caused system restart on my oled steam deck

Works out of the box
Some textures missing in the distance, but I don't know if it's game issue or not.
läuft bei mir outofthebox mit Proton 9.11 - Falls Grafiklüfter zu hoch dreht FPS begrenzen mit Mangohud

Textures are slightly glitchy, when looking too far (i.e. distant trees, plants and some rocks).
Proton 6.3.8 works fine! Proton 7 is a bit glitchy (ground textures very weird in some maps). Proton 8 doesn't starts.
Не работает
ALthough I haven't playedlong, game works fine.
I had to set game to fullscrenn, to get rid of poiter position issues.
If you avoid a few maps due to the artifacts, this game runs and feels great using Proton.
Heavy artifacts in specific maps, namely Bushrangers Run and Hirschfelden
No ui, window, or anything shown
Fully functional with Proton 6.3-6. Not demanding at max graphics settings
As mentioned in previous reports, some maps will appear to have graphical bugs present upon spawning (black walls in the ground, textures floating to skybox) with higher than 'Low' detail settings. This will be remedied by spawning in and fast traveling to a separate location.
Most maps will function fine, once you get a sense of which maps are bugged, just spawn opposite of where your intended location is and fast travel.
Right-clicking too quickly or while in a menu may present a typical right-click menu. Reverting this requires clicking 'View Source' (it will tab you out to a text file which you can close) or selecting 'Back' and then right clicking and selecting 'Forward'. View Source option is probably the safest.
Other than that, Like-Native responsive gameplay experience.
game flowing well
Configurations:
- Fullscreen
- Vertical Sync On
- Screen Resolution 1920x1080 (60Hz)
- Scene Complexity Low
- Texture Quality Low
- Shadow Quality Low
- Anisotropic Filtering Low
- Contextual Help Off
- Extended audio memory Off.
Results:
60FPS without problems
The game is very lightweight. You will notice 3 windows active: one for wine, one for the game launcher and the game screen.
remove anisotropic filtering to avoid rendering issues (mine was a group of shadow areas over the texture)
for some reason, when the pointer is active, like in the harvesting interface or the map, and by mistake you press the right click, this summons a contextual menu over the html+javascript render. A quick workaround is to click first on "back", starting a black loading page and the right click again and select "forward", to return to the interface without the contextual menu. Another solution is to click over "show source" and then click the new window.
The game can be played with maximum details, simply avoid the anisotropic filtering. Remember to set on fullscreen from the setting menu, or just press alt + enter. Proton 6.3-4

Game runs fine except for negligible graphical anomalies.
Sometimes there are heavy texture issues next to your initial spawn, leaving the spawn area fixes this however (either by moving approx. 400m into any direction, or by fast-travelling).
I have played since '09. It's great to be able to continue playing after moving away from Windows.
You may experience some black artifacting when first arriving at a lodge. Walk outside of render distance and it will fix itself.
Game runs mostly great out of the box, with a few small graphical issues that can be fixed
When using DXVK, textures are weird when starting at certain lodges
Windowed mode display output blinks to black screen and back
Four maps have graphical issues when first loading in to a lodge or tent. Timbergold Trails, Hirschfelden, Val des Bois, and Piccabeen Bay will all present a square, black graphical artifact when first loading in. Walking away from the lodge beyond render distance fixes the issue for the entire game session. Fast traveling also fixes the issue. You will have to do this each time you launch any of these maps. PROTON_USE_WINED3D11=1 will remove the major graphical artifact, but results in missing textures. Better to use the fast travel / walk away workaround.
Game ran perfect, had to disble anisotropic filtering, otherwise trees and grass are blocky
Forced the game to use Proton 4.11
Couldn't get it to full screen, but worked great other than that.
Black texture bug

Worked perfect with these 2 commands.

right out of the box, no crashes, no glitches or bugs, ran perfect.

Doesn't render correctly. The visual elements on the ground nearby are wrongly displayed and often fighting, a lot of ground in the distance is just black patches.

Slight graphics issues, but generally playable.

Runs out of the box, but the textures are not displayed correctly. The ground appears black on places where grass should be. Viewing in the distance the ground is brown, where grass should be. Tried using different tweaks (disable esync, disable d3d11, use wine d3d11, installed dxvk in pfx) but nothing works. Hope that somebody get this run game as Gold status and help out.

2 primary issues, putting AA at 1x fixes the first. The second issue is that my right-click brings up a Windows context menu with "Back", "Forward", "Print" and "View Source". Other than that, game appears to run okay. Mouse response is slow with V-Sync on and everything else high at 1080p.

some bugged textures: tree, ground ...

The launcher is fine but the game won't run, there's just a black screen.

Seems to work fine, ground is clipping a bit between two textures, but not to much. Fps is smooth.

Launcher: White screen. Unplayable.
