On Windows, consistently over 144fps. On Fedora, significant drops down to 70-80fps almost randomly during hunts.

I did not attempt to run the game without tinkering , i simply applied the same launch command i use for the Original Monster Hunter Rise and had no issues

Denuvo is more restrictive on this version, at least with Proton; Could not use any mods without an anti-tamper prompt.
Perfect out-of-box experience marred by significant audio delay
Audio significantly out of sync, while sounding good, made timing properly very difficult. I was still able to mostly ignore it and continue enjoying the game.
I'm imagining the release version of the expansion will not have this issue considering it's still going to launch through MH:Rise itself as DLC, not as an independant game.

Monster Hunter Rise base game runs fine on this same machine, it's just the new demo that fails to load.
Well, same as the base game, you need to remap the buttons if you want the official layout and if you are using Xbox controllers
