Small cursor delay even optimization mod was installed (this problem was not occured when I play on Windows and I can even switch High quality)
Depends on some receptions, if it handle too much RNG/Crowd enemies/heavy mechanics (such as Iori' keypage passive or Floor of General Work third realization) can cause serve slowness.
The game itself has a lots of bugs

No issues found on ProtonGE

Crash in the cutscene when using the latest proton. But works when degrading too 8.0-5

Playable out of the box
Initial resolution was set incorrectly for the screen size. Changing the resolution worked as expected.
Initial resolution might be wonky if you have a non-standard screen, but it won't cause any issues when changing the resolution.

A pretty great experience, I was able to comfortably full complete the game under linux
Switching to and from fullscreen would occasionally crash the game
The final realization of most floors would result in a crash after completion. This does not matter much since it saves your progress and you can watch the cutscene through the Credenza, but it does ruin the mood a little.
Things have drastically improved over my last report, I am easily able to hit at least 120fps in more demanding Receptions and otherwise stick close to my fps target of 170. There are occasional drops when a lot is happening on screen, but it is only for a few seconds at most

Very rare crashes (3-4 total after over 150 hours). They were all in battles (but all different battles) and the game always ran just fine after starting it up again.
Changed L1, L2, R1, and R2 to be L2, L3, R2, and R3 respectively.
A lot of text was to difficult too read.
Had to quit due to the text being too small to read. If that doesn't stop you, switch to experimental.
I am not able to achieve higher than 60fps on stage. This is perfectly fine, but much lower than I would expect for the type of game it is. Off stage, I am easily able to reach 170fps
Proton Experimental only achieves around 30fps on stage which is still very playable, but GE will provide a much smoother experience
Proton Experimental have some yellow bars in certain places (like main menu), works out of the box on Proton 6.3-8.
There was no layout for steamdeck, made one. It has all needed controls such as 1,2,3, space, scroll wheel +-, lmb, rmb, esc mapped.
Some text is small, as max resolution you can set is 1280x720
Some small black pixels, on small resolution menu elements go outside of menu
Video works on this version of ProtonGE. But sound is very quiet
Some text is unreadable due to size. Other text is small enough to need to use the zoom feature.
Not playing in Experimental is possible, but audio crackling and some videos not playing correctly will hamper the experience.

Same as Fafy, intro movie and assets replaced by yellow bars, obviously some graphic problem
The yellow artefact textures will probably be fixed soon, but when ?
Game runs fine, but some UI elements and the intro video are replaced with horizontal yellow bars.
Intro screen and some UI elements are replaced with horizontal yellow bars (scary)
After the logo showed up, there's only a black screen.
Some time ago the only intro cutscene would not show, but it started working without any work on my part.
Runs flawlessly.
Using Proton Experimental.
Has some performance issues with full hands, however, this is also present on Windows.
Proton-6.18-GE-2

5.21-GE-1 GloriousEggroll
Proton-5.21-GE-1 from GloriousEggroll
Crackling during opening movie. Not an issue as long as you skip it; it seemed to consistently start ~10 seconds in.
Runs very similarly to Windows. This includes some minor performance hiccups (especially when a character has a lot of cards in hand), but they didn't seem to be any worse.
Fully playable from my experience. Seems to have FPS issues above 1080p but works fine at or below.
Proton-5.9-GE-5-ST
Very loud crackling in the opening movie and rarely on the main menu. Just skip the movie to avoid it.

Proton-5.8-GE-2-MF GloriousEggroll
Proton-5.8-GE-2-MF from https://github.com/GloriousEggroll/proton-ge-custom
Rarely crackling on the title screen
Steamplay proton version have 'Black screen after "Library of Ruina" logo' issue Can be fixed by using https://github.com/GloriousEggroll/proton-ge-custom
Proton-5.9-GE-2-MF (and maybe Proton-5.9-GE-1-NR) version causes "Switching out from the game (even in window mode) causes the game to not accept the inputs anymore." bug on all unity-based games
Noticeable slowness on "High" texture settings. Changing to "Low" made the game faster but still not without slowdowns.
Black screen after "Library of Ruina" logo

Proton-5.9-GE-2-MF
Crackling only occurs on the title screen
Switching out from the game (even in window mode) causes the game to not accept the inputs anymore.
Black screen after Library of Ruina logo

Game crashed due to mflplat.dll missing error. Was able to fix by using GloriousEggroll proton-ge-custom Proton version.
Game crashing due to mfplat error
Game crashing due to mfplat.dll error

Game is unplayable after intro due to game freezing upon trying to play a video.
Game crashes upon intro video.
Game crashes when game attempts to play a video after initial intro. It's looking for mfplat, from the logs:
