Fine
waiting for b42 multiplayer

gamemoderun %command%
after a few hours of play in a row, the game hung intentionally along with the system, kind of helped ananicy installation, but it is better not to play more than 6 hours without exit =))))
there is no rasynchronization, there is no input lag and no high ping.
the game works perfectly on proton experimental, together with gamemoderun %command% there was one bug during the whole time, which was fixed by installing ananicy.

Textures artifact when you first load a save, but return to normal after a few seconds. Happens regardless of proton or native.
When running the game natively, framerates will rarely reach above 60fps. Forcing the use of Proton solves this.
When forcing the use of Proton, make sure to move your saved data over, as otherwise youll have to reinstall all of your mods.

trying to use multiplayer just crashes the game altogether
crashes

Game runs well, however closing it is like trying to alt+tab out of an old source game. It just hates it (freezes and hangs when closed)
Game struggles to comprehend the idea of wayland, and often gets hung up and refuses to close no matter how many times I try to kill it
A little slower than native in both gameplay and loading, mainly in loading
Game crashes in multiplayer occasionally
Attempting to close the game is an uphill battle. It refuses to accept kill commands and sometimes even requires a full reboot
Connecting to a steam friend server takes significantly longer than on windows, and the client and server often desync, causing other players to appear idle and teleporting around

Works almost flawlessly.
Some artifacts on loading but only lasts a few seconds, no issues during gameplay
Running unstable 42.10

the FPS drop issue makes the game absolutely unfun and awful to play
borderless doesn't cover the taskbar in Plasma
insane FPS drops past 20mns of gameplay, unplayable
extreme slowdowns past 20mns of gameplay
LD_PRELOAD="" gamescope -f -w 1600 -h 900 -- gamemoderun %command%

The application and directory had to be in a partition that was mounted with the "exec" option otherwise it will open then imediately close with doing anything. In addition, changing the /usr/share/applications/steam.desktop file to read "PrefersNonDefaultGPU=false" on line 37, otherwise it will open a clear window when booting through steam.

Given that most of these issues are not with the game, that runs perfectly once booted up, I would only recomend the developers remind players to make sure the install location has the "exec" option on the partition. As for steam I would recomend that they start the "PrefersNonDefaultGPU" value at false or allow the setting to be decided when installing or booting up games. Most people would not have my issues and will love the game without running into any issues, which is why I am recomending it.
No desync, no performance issues in B41

LD_PRELOAD="" gamescope -f -w 1920 -h 1080 -- gamemoderun %command%
Native version has some windowing quirks which i use gamescope to work around. With gamescope the game drops to like 20 fps after a little bit unless you add the LD_PRELOAD="" line. If you play on the stable branch, the input system is completely busted and won't register correctly if you press multiple keys at once. You can also just run it with proton and none of these issues will come up.
Game just works with no problems at all
works best on native, works well with mods

Works out of the box
LD_PRELOAD="$LD_PRELOAD:/usr/lib/mangohud/libMangoHud_opengl.so:/usr/lib/libgamemode.so" prime-run %command%

This games is just click and play no tweaks needed, and runs better on linux than windows.

Works perfectly out of the box
Multiplayer works perfectly. Both hosting and joining.

Just works
Required a few restarts to work but other than that no issues

Works on my machine™

game with mods freezes for about 10 seconds randomly, and when starting, white screen till i press f11
The game is good in general. Also the controls are easy to use. I got confused with the start with the X and Y buttons mixed up, but it was an easy fix
Majestic native port!
Played with mods, everything works just fine

Fullscreen will only render in 640x480, must be played in Windowed Mode, which is also kind of iffy. Needs opening then closing again to get resolution to load properly. Also will only run in native resolution of monitor. Meaning if the monitor is 4k you can't change the resolution below that.
Occasional slowdown.
You cannot load the game in fullscreen or it will only render in 640x480. Setting the game to Window Borderless forces native resolution. When the game goes fullscreen and renders in 480p, the entire display will be set to this resolution even after exiting the game. Forcing either a complete system restart to fix it or, if you know how, the use of the terminal to reset your display resolution.
If you're okay playing in Borderless Window at your native resoltuion, it's fine, but getting to that point took some fighting.

Runs natively

Absolutely no problems playing this game on Steam Deck of Linux.
The controls are great on Steam Deck. I actually love playing this on the Deck a lot more than on PC. They have done a very good job of optimizing the controls on the Deck.

Works OUTB. Tested on unstable b42
