I really tried to get it to work and then just live with the freezing but I'm done I'm just gonna run win10 on an SD card for some games now
It's all incredibly difficult to read, if you use the new in game option to increase the size Of the display it doesn't fully load some subtitles and descriptions of items
Some crackling or skipping from time to time
When using a controller you cannot use some of the menu to upgrade your glove
Sometimes would lag until crash, most of the time it would completely freeze every 10 to 30 minutes, with the music still playing. I saw lots of others on Reddit and steam forums with this same issue

Text is still kind of small, changing the size makes some of the words show up off the screen
After a few more updates, it runs on the steam deck perfectly again. Just wanted to update my report since 8-9 months ago it was borderline unplayable :)
No problems so far ! Been playing it for about an hour with 0 issues , runs great and I even turned the graphics settings up to "dream". Using a controller is a little annoying on the menu for selecting your classes , but that has little to do with steam or proton.

Wont connect to the internet, problem with the steam version cracked or otherwise, change launch settings to block it accessing the internet

im not simping to 2k to sell me this game and personally dont think you should beg to be sold a product either, theres plenty of free and safe cracked versions u can download in broswer and extract, ready to play :)
Even with it set to have large text its a little tiny handheld
Game is super blurry using FRS on any setting, using XeSS seems to work better. The recommended graphics setting is not ideal, I had to turn down shadows and few other settings like global illumination down to very low. I love that its steam deck verified. Honestly, how much do you think it costs these companies to have that checkmark on launch when the game doesn't run as promised?
choppy, FRS is blurry on every setting (use XeSS instead) and on the recommended settings its hard to keep it above 28 fps
Lots of FPS dips to be honest, so far thats about it
Hopefully there will be patches that increase performance, but its a wonderful game and I'm so excited to play it again after spending most of my spare time thoughout middle school playing it. Also; I love that its steam deck verified. Honestly, how much do you think it costs these companies to have that checkmark on launch when the game doesn't run as promised, or in some cases, at all? idk Just thinking :3
