Graphics:Missing Textures
The rendering was not as good as on Windows (e.g. high graphics did not work well)
Performance:Significant Performance Problems
Explosions and fast movements were pretty slow
Instability:Occasionally
After some time the game freezes and crashes. It may be related with the same installation being used by Steam on Debian and Steam on Ubuntu.
I ended up running the game on Windows. Now I've around 40 hours played.

Turning the view to the right/left is slow if the environment recently loaded and/or is rich in details. With all settings at the maximum.
Significant Bugs:
The initial stories were audio-only because the screen was black showing only the cursor.
Installed by Lutris which has already installed mfplat and Epic Games Store.
