Game launch but them you are met with an error afterwards, a loading screen, another menu and then an infinite loading screen
I even tried with Proton 5.11-GE-3-MF.
Controller was not detected but was fixed by goint to properties>general and switching 'Steam Input per game settings' and 'Use BPM overlay' to 'forced off'
Steam cloud sync doesn't work. Your saves will be stored locally on your system.
This game runs much better on Linux than it does on Windows. Not only does it run better it also looks better. The only huge drawback is the cloud saves not syncing. I got to chapter 6 on Windows and when I came back to play it on Linux I found that my save from chapter 2 was the only option in continue. I originally had to find the save on my machine and move it to Windows so my save was sync'd.
I tired multiple version of proton and 5.0-9 works the best. No weird slow down during cut-scenes either!
No problems to report it works flawlessly I had to check multiple times to see if the game ran native support on Linux. It runs that good.
I also tried running it with mods installed and it still works flawlessly.
Load times hang and the frequent slow down of game play really hurts along the problems with look sensitivity.
Played with a Xbox one controller then played with mouse and keyboard. Look sensitivity was tied to mouse input when when using a controller. It was hard to aim without having to decrease the look and aiming sensitivity in the options.
The game is only playable in certain areas and sometimes hangs for a few seconds even during gameplay.
Tired on Proton 6.3-7 and 6.20-1GE
sensitivity inaccuracy with a Xbox One controller still an issue
Issues seem to only be with 6.20-1GE version of Proton. Use Proton 6.3-7. After using Steam Beta and opting out my issues where fixed and made the game playable
