200+ hours played across a dozen countries, works great! Only note is that the default owner's room video will cause a crash when it tries to loop, just change the furniture and the issue goes away.
June 24th, 2024 Lobelia's Birthday update causes game to crash right before main menu shows
Proton Experimental, set Load Cache Memory Size to 0GB.
Used to work fine until June 24th Lobelia's Birthday update came along, game loads launcher, initial loading screen, you can collect daily login rewards, then right before the main menu shows up (where the HTML announcements displays and your main girl greet you), the game crashes.
Subsquent updates (June 27th, 2024 "Reika" update at time of this post) did not fix the issue.
Used Proton Experimental. In Environment Settings, Change "Load Memory Cache" option to 0GB
In Environment Settings, Change "Load Memory Cache" option to 0GB. Game would load to a black screen with cursor on Proton Experimental if Load Memory Cache option is set at default. Best option selected for all graphics option. Resolution at 1920x1080. Game runs well with no issues whatsoever.
**Proton 8.0-5 actually loads the game, but videos play at 1fps or so. Memory cache option doesn't help.
Use Proton Experimental. In the launcher don't use the Cache size dropdown menu, just use 0.
You can even use max graphics setting (I set my resolution to 1080p) inside the launcher "environment" settings.

It's finally working! Occasional crash with Memories/cutscenes, and occasionally loading up a match seems to get stuck but after confirming the in-game connection error message the match will play. Overall an acceptable performance.

Official layout (Mouse only) is enough for basic gameplay, but tweaking is required at some point.

If you want toggle every graphic setting to the max, 720p and below seems like the better choice.
Some cutsences won't work, but it's not game-breaking.
It's playable, you just need to spend few minutes for control layout.
locking 30fps will cause 0.5x game speed
Some pre-rendered cutscenes have no audio
On my Manjaro PC, I have no issues. On Steam Deck, the Notice Letters do not render correctly. You can work around this by reading them on their website. (Both using the same version of GE-Proton)
The Owner's Room part of the game crashes after about 2 minutes of using it, the rest of the game is stable.
The only thing you'll miss out on is the Owner's Room (small photoshoot area) content. You can still assign girls jobs and come back later to collect the rewards as long as you back out of the area before it crashes. The regular photoshoot area accessible from the main menu works just fine.
Runs fine on Proton Experimental but some cutscenes leads to a crash. Using Proton GE 7-38 fixed this issue.
Audio is missing on some of the gacha highlights FMV. All other audios works fine.

Launcher Runs, the Game Doesn't

The game throws an error message on launch and just renders a black window with the game's custom mouse cursor. No gameplay to be seen here. :/
Game launch but them you are met with an error afterwards, a loading screen, another menu and then an infinite loading screen
I even tried with Proton 5.11-GE-3-MF.
Launcher crashes due to an unimplemented function in wine
The launcher should work once proton is updated to wine 4.16 or greater
The launcher runs, but the game closes as soon as you click "Game Start".
It can run the start interface. But, click the "Start" Button after not any thing show.
