Tinker Steps:Switch to older version: 5.13-6

Control Layout:Switch To Mouse Only

3D acceleration and the resolution settings can't be changed unless Proton 5.13-6 is selected. Game runs perfectly well otherwise.

Going into windowed mode and then back into fullscreen causes graphical issues. Restarting the game mostly fixes these issues.
