fullscreen did not work but windowed worked as intended
I had to use the Legendary game manager that goes through command line to get this to run properly. I use older hardware that doesn't run vulkan very well so I had to play on opengl which made it unplayable on proton and wine through heroic launcher. Haven't tried steam because I don't own it there.

random loud noises even though game noise was turned down
videos were sometimes skipped
This game works well, only use this launch option if your gpu doesn't support dx12

I had to install the game and then apply the proton configuration BEFORE I first ran the game. Then it failed once and then fixed itself so the second time I launched it worked perfectly fine.
