used Redmcg's fix and installed dotnet40, first time it launched the menu worked fine but in-game keyboard and mouse were unresponsive. Everything works great after a second launch. No issues

Game installed and ran perfectly right from Steam. I didn't experience any draw lag, though I am getting distracting artifacts on the reticle when interacting with objects. not game breaking
