Texture popping.
Characters popping in and out of scenes, or teleporting to different parts of the map.
Runs out of the box, which doesn't mean it runs particularly well, nor particularly bad. For a smoother experience, you'll be sacrificing textures and, apparently, the object permanence of other NPCs that have deemed it a good idea to jump from one side of the map to the other.
I experienced a lot of texture popping both in high and low quality settings.
Works great out of the box, but the cats might nibble on and scratch that battery if left unsupervised
Locked to 30FPS, TDP set to 6W.
Takes a while to load every time I start the game, like a min or a min and a half at most, but beyond that, there's no tinkering needed beyond lowering the wattage consumed to 6, or 7, and setting the game to run at 30 FPS to make sure the Deck gets a full five to six hours of feline fun.
The game has collision issues and hard to read text in some parts, but those issues are present in the Windows version as well.
Will start and play perfectly, but it won't detect achievements unless you choose Proton Experimental.
A cafe managing roguelike that works brilliantly out of the box, no tinkering needed. Can fully recommend to play on the go or to sit down and relax.
The only thing of note is this: you'll have to force quit the game every time you want to stop playing through Steam's own options. Other than that, Fear and Hunger runs well, I've experienced no slow downs or lag of any kind.
Native version works as intended, but most of the cutscenes suffer from inexplicable lag.
Notable lag during cutscenes.
Native version works perfectly out of the box, no tinkering needed.
Some lag during a couple of cutscenes.
Starts, loads with some graphical errors. Won't start any singleplayer campaign duels.
The game starts and loads "correctly" after adding a simple launch option (PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 %command%). Many graphics are missing, and the captioning not only is almost invisible but also the size is too small to be readable. When choosing a single player campaign, the game loads indefinitely and won't start any duel.
Beyond having to add a simple launch option (PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 %command%), the game runs flawlessly.
My system has issues with Vulkan, for some reason, so the tinkering needed was, hopefully, something on an individual level and not something that potential players will need to do. Besides that, this short game runs great.
Fully supported, no tinkering of any kind required. Everything works as intended.
No tinkering nor messing with settings needed, plays well out of the box. Great old school yokai collecting RPG a la SMT.
Runs better than some natively supported Linux games. Great cozy restaurant managing slash easy rhythm game to wind down and meet your Touhou faves.
