Rotaing character during character creation and during style causes a bit of stuttering.
Most likely you'll need PROTON_SET_GAME_DRIVE=1 in the %command% options.
Switching workspaces on GNOME on X11 will sometimes cause the game screen to go blank. Using win+right click to manually resize the window fixes this.
Use the XIVLauncher on flathub: https://flathub.org/apps/details/dev.goats.xivlauncher The official launcher doesn't work on linux on certain updates. Make sure to turn off dalmund in the settings if you don't use plugins, since those are against the eula. Proton 7* works well on X11, but if you use Wayland, use Proton 6.3.
Slight screentearing near top of the screen, even with vsync enabled.

Without RADV_PERFTEST=aco as a launch command, opening the settings menu basically softlocked the game
On first launch, audio started crackling. Restarting pulseaudio fixed the issue.
Joining via in game menu did not work, players had to join via steam.
