The UI is borrowed from the UE4 version of this game, therefore it is inadequate for small screens; The Steam Deck's especially.
Occasionally, keybinds would unbind themself when you relaunch the game.
It shocked me how well the game ran without any tinkering, though this game does guzzle your battery like it doesn't exist.
Extremely small UI on the Deck's screen, menus in particular are a very unpleasant experience to attempt to read.
TF2 was not designed with controllers in mind, and you aren't matched with others using controllers so your online experience can be quite awful; mine was.
Runs significantly better then expected. Game sticks to it's locked 60fps framerate easily.
No issues at all, Couch Co-op works fine with 4 players, though some performance degredation on the larger maps, though nothing unplayable
I am shocked that this game runs, i had been told by many who tried in the past that it had issues getting past the login screen but i had no such issues. The only problem with this game on the Steam Deck is that all controls show PC glyphs and not controller glyphs, and any button that requires you to click it to progress (Such as the enter battle button after matchmaking) requires you to use the right thumbstick to move the cursor to it.
