Runs great on latest patches, much better than I expected after trying with my older GPU on desktop PC. In-game steam deck settings run great with the lower deck resolution, make sure half-rate shading is disabled so text does not appear blurry. Disable the GOG launcher through launch options. No issues with deck pause/resume.
Perfect game for the steam deck. Runs great, you can lower TDP to 9 to have even longer battery life.
You can lower TDP to 9 from 12 without any noticeable performance change.

Frequent crashes when loading levels, either stuck in signing in to Bethesda or steam deck crash
Plays great. Disable half-rate shading from the quick-settings menu if the text is more difficult to read.
A few times second thumb stick would become unresponsive - pressing LB1 (or RB1) fixed it for me. Using bluetooth headset, audio might be weird after coming back from suspend/resume - general steam deck issue. Resume/suspend worked fine otherwise.
