Tinker Steps:Other
Didnt tab out or change monitors during the original startup, then changed the graphics engine to vulkan which fixed the issues I had (also changed it to a borderless window)
Audio:Other
Might be a DOOM specific issue but the voice comms were significantly quiter then all the other audio, changing the audio settings fixed it but changing from headphones to a speaker threw off the balance

Frame rate was caped at screen refresh rate (probably a feature but it was a bug in pay day 2 so I dont know)
