Needs some work
30 FPS on everything low.
Works mostly out of the box, but they will have to be lucky with pulseaudio to not mess up their audio.
Pulseaudio seems to give up as soon you startup a tractor engine. Weirdly enough starting up the game with Discord off seems to solve the issue. Not sure if this is a problem with Discord, Pulseaudio or F22. But I feel it probably is Pulseaudio
The following notes are only for DLSS.
I added the following to Steam. Please rename user to your username!:
DXVK_CONFIG_FILE=/home/user/dxvk.conf PROTON_ENABLE_NVAPI=1 %command%
My dxvk.conf file contains the following: dxgi.nvapiHack = False
If it still doesn't work check if you have _nvngx.dll
in the /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/nvidia/wine
folder. More information about it here: https://www.reddit.com/r/linux_gaming/comments/oabpqg/wolfenstein_youngblood_nomanssky_linux_dlssno/
I have figured out a solution for the sound disappearing when leaving a vehicle. I already suspected pulseaudio to be a primary suspect. So replacing it with pipewire solved the issue.
See: https://github.com/pipewire-debian/pipewire-debian/wiki
With pulseaudio sound will disappear when you exit a vehicle or are viewing the tractor from outside the cabin. I believe that this is a rare issue since only TiuTalk reported something similar.
Minor FPS slowdowns 23-60FPS. I doubt this is a hardware problem.

Things might stutter a bit during cutscenes. The first level is the most laggiest.
The biggest problem I had getting this game to work is getting origin to detect that I bought the game on steam. This is caused because EAlink.exe can not talk to steam correctly. The only way to get around this is to run steam with wine or to install the game first on a windows computer.
Once you get the game activated on origin, you can follow this tutorial to get the game working: https://github.com/ValveSoftware/Proton/issues/3224#issuecomment-560129737
Game works somewhat fine but is unreliable. At some point in the game you will crash and lose progress.
You have to turn off motion blur or you will have issues with mud being invisible.
I also added this flag to the launch commands: PROTON_FORCE_LARGE_ADDRESS_AWARE=1
You have to disable Steam overlay if you don't want the game crashing when you als+tab. I only managed to get it stable for longer then 3 hours on the nvidia 415 driver so that one might be required.
