Not launching on Ubuntu 19.10
Won't launch on Ubuntu 19.10, and based off the report from linux mint I'd say this is a debian based problem, only problem I have on manjaro is stuttering when loading into a new area which goes away after a while and gets better with playtime.
Not working
When I try to launch it just says "general failure" and lists the path to the "proven_ground_client.exe" and doesn't launch the game.
Working for Arch based distros but not debian based distros
Tested this on Manjaro KDE, worked. Ubuntu gnome, wouldn't launch. And Pop gnome and kde, wouldn't launch. My conclusion is that it is working for arch based distros but not debian based distros, not entirely sure why.
Still not working with proton 5.0-6
May be working in Ubuntu 20.04 but the game still refuses to launch on 19.10 Game still runs flawlessly on manjaro as do many of the other games that I have issues with on Ubuntu. Just use timeshift before updating and you will be fine.
