Black screen on startup after DirectStorage 1.2.3 update. Downgrading only "dstoragecore.dll" to 1.2.2 fixes the issue without downgrading performance. Download it here or install it via NuGet CLI:
nuget install Microsoft.Direct3D.DirectStorage -Version 1.2.2
Extract the file if necessary and copy "native/bin/x64/dstoragecore.dll" into "MonsterHunterWilds".
Some launch options such as "gamemoderun" are optional for performance optimizations. I would recommend "/WineDetectionEnabled:False" if your GPU can do ray tracing.
