Perfect, smooth, no trouble at all.

All good generally, but sometimes it suddenly goes slow-motion mode. Not happening frequently and it only lasts a combat or two, but it's a bother.
Apart from the occasional slowing down, the game runs apparently perfect. However, might be a subjective thing but for playing online it somewhat feels a tiny bit less fluid and responsive than on Windows.
Also, might need to specify the locale you want to use if you use more than one, using a launch command (see above), or the game might assign you a wrong region.
Started crashing at the end of Episode 1. Tried with other Proton versions and 5.0 fixed it. Worked perfectly from there, except for another crash (just the one) at the end of Episode 4.
Completed without relevant issues.
