Enabling fullscreen breaks the game even after rebooting. Borderless window works fine but has a white border around the screen

The game consistently crashes the AMD driver after 5-30 minutes of playing, requiring a full reboot of the system over SSH because the screens are all frozen. It seems to happen sooner if performance mode is set to high in corectrl
