Months after launch I had experienced stretching textures at some characters' arms making it look like they have flesh wings, missing torso textures, and some other visual glitches. I saw nothing on the internet about the specific issues I was having so I was surprised to see that those issues are all gone. IDK whether it was a Proton update, a game update, or a mesa update, but we're all good now.
Very impressive! Given the hardware on the lil laptop I used to test this out with, it ran beautifully.
Constant crashes. Mostly in Tartarus, but also outside in daily life.
Constant freezing in Tartarus. Then the game hits me with a Denuvo Anti-Tamper Error.

Used 'Ultimate Engine Tweaks' mod.
Enabled 'WorkerThreadPriority' and turned down VRSTier to 1. It defaulted to 2. I don't know what those do but the difference they made was barely noticable, but the names suggest to me that they would improve performance.
You can turn off Lumen in the Engine.ini file by searching for 'r.Lumen.DiffuseIndirect.Allow=1' and setting it to 0. This gains you a lot of FPS and the visual downgrade is not as crazy as you'd think. You still get shadows and lighting, but you can definitely tell that something is missing. The bottom of leaves, for example, are contrasted to hell and back.
The water is reflecting my sword at POV scale even when I'm hundreds of feet away. This makes it look like my sword is 100x its size. May be a bug from the game, however.
Idk which one it was, but one or some of these launch options did actually improve performance a little bit. I think it was one of the PERFTEST options.
